Information about National PTA’s 2023 Virtual Convention will be forthcoming.
All local PTA leaders are invited to attend our monthly membership meetings held the first Thursday of the month during the school year. Meetings will mostly be during daytime hours, with occasional evening meeting times, and will be a mix of in-person and virtual Zoom meetings.
In-person membership meetings will be held at the Lake Washington School District Resource Center in Redmond Town Center. The LWSD Resource Center address is: 16250 NE 74th St., Redmond WA 98052. Zoom meeting links for our online meetings will be available in the Weekly Waves newsletter that all local PTA leaders receive.
Local PTAs who are participating in the Reflections program this year are encouraged to send their Reflections chair or another board representative to this virtual meeting.

This year’s theme is “I Am Hopeful Because…”
We ask each of our local PTA presidents and their school principal to attend this yearly event, designed to help lay a foundation for building a strong partnership between our schools and PTAs. Principals are required to attend this event. If your PTA’s president is unable to attend, another board member should be designated to participate.
This virtual training, led by LWPTSA Council, is WSPTA-approved and will count toward your required yearly training hours.
Sustainability Committee meetings for 2023-2024 will be held at the LWSD Resource Center (16250 NE 74th St., Redmond WA 98052), or online via Zoom. Schedule/locations are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated via our website, our newsletters and Facebook Group.
