Important Dates for Treasurers
All nonprofits must be registered with the Washington Secretary of State Office. Renewal is due annually on the month of their incorporation.

Invoices
Local units pay WSPTA dues through Givebacks by the 1st day of each month. Council dues are collected in December and June on the dates of Council’s general membership meetings. There are a few other program items that are paid directly to Council. Access the current year invoices below:
- Scholarship Assessment Invoice (PDF) — Supports the LWPTSA Council Scholarship program.
- Founders’ Day — Annual celebration of the founding of PTA. Features Reflections presentations and Council-level awards; deadline and invoice amounts TBD.
