Council Meetings

Council Membership Meetings 2023-2024

All PTA and PTSA leaders across our 44 local PTAs and PTSAs are invited to join us at our monthly Council membership meetings. Membership meetings are typically held in the Board Room at the Lake Washington School District Resource Center in Redmond Town Center. The LWSD Resource Center address is 16250 NE 74th St., Redmond WA 98052.

During the 2023-2024 year, we plan to hold our monthly membership meetings in person, with the exceptions of November, January and May, which will be online via Zoom. Links for Zoom meetings, as well as any changes to the schedule, will be communicated in our weekly newsletters.

Council Board Meetings 2023-2024

Council board meetings will be held starting at 9:45 am, except where indicated below, online via Zoom, with September, December and June meetings in person at the LWSD Resource Center (16250 NE 74th St., Redmond WA 98052). Links for online meetings will be emailed to all board members in advance. Board meeting minutes are available by request from the Council secretary at secretary {at} lwptsa {dot} net.

Special Education Group (SEG) meetings will be held in person at the LWSD Resource Center (16250 NE 74th St., Redmond WA 98052), unless otherwise noted. Presentations start at 7 pm, but networking starts at 6:30 pm. Contact specialeducation {at} lwptsa {dot} net with any questions.

Emergency Preparedness Committee Meetings 2023-2024

E-Prep Committee meetings will be held online via Zoom, except for the October meeting, which will be held in person at the LWSD Resource Center (16250 NE 74th St., Redmond WA 98052). E-Prep Committee meetings are from 10 am to noon. An email with a meeting reminder and Zoom link will be sent to e-prep chairs prior to each meeting.
