A nomination committee is a key indicator of PTA health and is a WSPTA Bylaw and SOA requirement. This presentation will help participants understand the importance of the nominating committee, how to elect them, and methods of organization, so PTAs have the tools to help them recruit the best qualified candidates for the positions. A fair and impartial nomination process involves your membership and ensures your PTA’s success for many years into the future.

This is Washington State PTA‘s annual training class for Reflections leaders. Included in this class is an overview of the program, and instructions on how both local and council PTAs can participate. There is also time set aside to answer questions from local leaders.
