All local PTA leaders are invited to attend our monthly membership meetings held the first Thursday of the month during the school year. Meetings will mostly be during daytime hours, with occasional evening meeting times, and will be a mix of in-person and virtual Zoom meetings.
In-person membership meetings will be held at the Lake Washington School District Resource Center in Redmond Town Center. The LWSD Resource Center address is: 16250 NE 74th St., Redmond WA 98052. Zoom meeting links for our online meetings will be available in the Weekly Waves newsletter that all local PTA leaders receive.
WSPTA is providing a virtual training about how to run the National PTA Reflections program at your school or council level. A brief overview of the program will be provided along with deadline/timeline review and helpful tips for arranging judging and submitting your winning entries to state. There will be a question and answer session at the end of the presentation. This presentation is geared towards new Reflection chairs but also includes information that experienced chairs will need.
LWPTSA Council’s E-Prep Committee meetings during 2023-24 will be held online via Zoom, except for the October meeting, which will be held in person at the LWSD Resource Center (16250 NE 74th St., Redmond WA 98052). E-Prep Committee meetings are from 10 am to noon. An email with a meeting reminder and Zoom link will be sent to e-prep chairs prior to each meeting. Links for online meetings will also be shared in our newsletters and on our calendar at the beginning of the week of each meeting.
