This practice is a key indicator of PTA health and is a WSPTA Bylaw and SOA requirement. This presentation will help participants understand the importance of the nominating committee, how to elect them, and methods of organization so PTAs have the tools to help them recruit the best qualified candidates for the positions. A fair and impartial nomination process involves your membership and ensures your PTA’s success for many years into the future.

Making your PTA more diverse, equitable, and inclusive across all facets of your PTA is an ongoing process.
