Washington State PTA is excited to announce the 112th WSPTA Convention and Annual Business Meeting, taking place from May 2-4, 2025, at the Lynnwood Event Center in Lynnwood, Wash. This three-day event is a fantastic opportunity for PTA leaders to come together, share ideas, and gain valuable insights.
With our motto, “Building Community,” at the heart of Convention, we aim to foster a sense of unity and collaboration among all attendees. Our in-person event will feature a diverse lineup of interactive workshops, networking sessions, and important General Sessions designed to inspire and empower participants. You’ll have the chance to learn from PTA experts, participate in hands-on activities, and connect with fellow PTA leaders from across the state.
Whether you’re a seasoned leader or new to the organization, this conference offers something for everyone. Don’t miss this chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive community dedicated to making a positive impact on our schools and students.
Voting Delegates
Each local PTA in good standing with up to 200 members may send up to 4 voting delegates. For every additional 100 members (as of Jan. 31), one extra voting delegate will be granted.

Scholarship Raffle Baskets
WSPTA will again be offering a scholarship basket raffle at the WSPTA Convention and Annual Meeting. Raffle baskets are generously donated by individuals, local PTAs, councils, and regions to raise funds for the WSPTA Scholarship Program. In the past, councils and PTAs have budgeted for scholarship basket donations. Please consider adding this budget line at your next membership meeting.
We are also looking for volunteers to help with this fun activity. If you are interested in helping, please email us scholarshipbasket@wastatepta.org.
