Did you miss the Opioid Awareness and Prevention Panel in December? Here is a video recording of that event, courtesy of the Lake Washington School District.
The panel included representatives from King County EMS, Kirkland Police Department, Youth Eastside Services and more. They covered topics of drugs, alcohol and opioid addiction, the extremely dangerous opioids currently out there and how addiction progresses, what 1st responders are seeing first hand, interventions, and finally what parents can do.
