LWPTSA Council was pleased to present the third You Rock! award of the year at our June 2026 membership meeting to Samantha Smith Elementary PTSA in recognition of their multi-day event.
Smith PTSA collaborated with the special education department of the school to host a one-of-a kind multi-day event where all students experienced a great interactive experience as sensory explorers. This event spanned 3 days, and every student got a chance to visit.They were able to experience how different people’s senses and brains process information differently.
