LWPTSA Council received a Transformative Family Engagement and Whole Child Learning Grant from National PTA in the spring of 2019. For the past two years the grant committee has worked to help local PTAs become more effective and engaged. There has been special focus on the four “I”s of effective PTA programs: Inclusive, Individualized, Integrated and Impactful.
To help us evaluate the impact of our efforts, we have created a survey to learn:
- Why and how individuals PTA?
- What does PTA do for individuals and their students?
- How can PTA do better?

PTAs with at least 25 responses by May 31 will be entered into a drawing for $250 to support their programming.
Survey feedback will be used to help PTAs improve programming. This data will be shared with the LWPTSA Council and local PTAs.
